Return Policy

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer's properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of purchase proof and fill in the return request form.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception is defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Warranty Policy

(1) Product coverage:Including solar inverter, solar controller, MPPT, Battery, and related accessories.

(2) Warranty claim: in general, serial number(S/N)must be provided in order to claim warranty.

(3) Please store the original purchasing invoice/ installation documents or receipts carefully. Customers need to present it for warranty claim if required.

(4) Warranty commitment validity: strictly according to the formal sales contract signed with Raisun Power. If there is no sales contract signed, then terms & Condition on the Raisun Power Warranty Card, and this service commitment document shall be in use.
